If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer:

  • Or receiving a full refund for the unavailable item

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days (Free)
  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days (ÂŁ30)

The final shipping cost is always confirmed before checkout.

3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only and do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
