To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached (if applicable)
  • With proof of purchase

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new order after approval.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.
